- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- 2 cups prepared instant chocolate pudding or chocolate mousse
- Optional: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or melted chocolate
- 1½ cups whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Chocolate syrup
- Optional: mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, cocoa powder, or caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Cut brownies into bite-sized cubes and layer them in a trifle dish.
- Drizzle brownies lightly with creamer or chocolate milk.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, Irish cream creamer, and vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.
- Fold in whipped cream gently to create a light cheesecake filling.
- Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie layer.
- Add chocolate pudding or mousse on top.
- Optional: mix in cocoa powder or melted chocolate for richer flavor.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Chilling longer enhances flavor and texture. Use a clear dish to showcase the beautiful layers.
