    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
    • 2 cups prepared instant chocolate pudding or chocolate mousse
    • Optional: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or melted chocolate
    • 1½ cups whipped cream
    • Chocolate shavings
    • Chocolate syrup
    • Optional: mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, cocoa powder, or caramel drizzle

    Instructions

    1. Cut brownies into bite-sized cubes and layer them in a trifle dish.
    2. Drizzle brownies lightly with creamer or chocolate milk.
    3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
    4. Add powdered sugar, Irish cream creamer, and vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.
    5. Fold in whipped cream gently to create a light cheesecake filling.
    6. Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie layer.
    7. Add chocolate pudding or mousse on top.
    8. Optional: mix in cocoa powder or melted chocolate for richer flavor.
    9. Top with whipped cream.
