Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Arrange the crescent roll triangles in a circle, wide ends touching in the center.
- Layer Brie slices around the ring.
- Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over the Brie.
- Fold each dough point over the filling and tuck it under.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake 22โ26 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with rosemary. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
